• Parents/Guardians are requested to notify the school of any change in address or telephone number.
  • All correspondence to the Principal should be addressed by designation, not by name.
  • In the case of heavy rain, please do not telephone the school to ask if there is a holiday. The school will function normally for those students who are present.
  • The school is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. It is not advisable for students to bring valuables to the school.
  • Parents and guardians are NOT allowed to see their wards or to interview teachers during school hours.
  • Students should bring the school diary to class, every day.
  • All students are expected to attend their classes from the commencement of the term. If a student, who has been accepted for admission does not report in time, the offer of admission may be cancelled.
  • All students are expected to report to school in neat and proper uniform or else he/she would be liable to be sent back home.
  • Every pupil is required to do assignments set in class as well as all homework set for the day. Parents are requested to ensure that homework assigned is completed on time.
  • Classroom observation of teachers and pupils is conducted at regular intervals by the Section Heads.
  • A student must be present for a minimum of 80% of the entire working academic session, failing to do so child would not be allowed to sit for examination.
  • The minimum score to pass in any subject is 40% and promotion of the child to the next class will be specifically on the basis of academic performance and attendance.
  • Should a child be injured or unwell during school hours, every effort will be made to inform the parents/guardians. The school authorities will take whatever measures are considered necessary based on the emergency.
  • Enrolment in Raj Kumar Academy, Lucknow implies a willingness to comply with all the requirements and rules of the school on the part of both pupils and parents. The Principal has the right to suspend from attendance at school or require a withdrawal of a pupil or expel, without having to assign any reason, provided that they are satisfied that such a step is necessary in the interest of the school.
  • The Principal reserves the right to waive any of the rules contained herein, without assigning any reason for their action.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Lucknow.
